About
I design and deliver enterprise Salesforce platforms — across government, higher education, financial services and small business — and I build the AI systems that sit on top of them.
For the past decade I have worked at the intersection of enterprise CRM architecture and complex delivery: designing secure Experience Cloud portals, integrating legacy systems of record, and taking large programmes from architecture review through to production.
The deepest of that work is public sector — a citizen platform spanning 120+ councils — but the same architecture holds up elsewhere. I have delivered into higher education and financial services, and I still ship products for small businesses, where the constraints are tighter and the feedback is immediate.
More recently my focus has moved to applied AI: Agentforce, retrieval-augmented generation over enterprise knowledge, and agentic automation that removes real operational load rather than demoing well.
I work as an architect, not a freelancer. That means measurable outcomes, defensible design decisions, and systems the next team can maintain.

Automatic Mutual Recognition
A Service NSW transaction that lets tradespeople and registered professionals licensed in another state notify NSW and begin work — no local licence, no fee. Identity is verified through a MyServiceNSW Account, and each notification is routed to the Department of Customer Service and on to the relevant occupation regulator for verification.
